The base price is the contract's fixed starting price. The realized price is the base price ± a consumption impact, determined monthly by when electricity is used relative to spot prices — shifting usage to cheap hours can bring the realized price below the base, and vice versa. Example: base 8.35 c/kWh with a monthly impact of −1.20 → you pay 7.15 c/kWh; +1.20 → 9.55 c/kWh.

A campaign row's discounted monthly fee is a computed average over the whole contract term: the campaign period's 0 € combined with the normal fee for the rest.

Lowest base only marks the lowest starting price. The Estimate column computes the cost (€/mo or €/yr, your choice) from the consumption and impact you enter — it is your own scenario, not a promise of the realized price — and the green cell marks your scenario's cheapest in each term. Switching the unit never changes the order; the same impact applies to every row, so the order only shifts through monthly-fee differences.
